Excellent first impressions

 

The reception was warm and pleasant. I was sent a number of reminder emails and a telephone call prior to my appointment which I found useful. Whenever I spoke to reception over the telephone they were very polite and easy to deal with. The dentist I visited was friendly, informative and efficient. Unfortunately I required a filling but was offered to have the treatment carried out immediately rather than booking another appointment which I found very helpful.
